Challenge 31: Challenge

This week, pick a challenge for yourself every day or one big challenge for the week (read Monday’s blog to help inspire you).

It can be anything you want to do, maybe you want to increase your push-ups and you are going to work on that, or maybe you want to try running faster or farther, maybe the Full Foll Up in Pilates is hard for you and you want to get better.

Come up with something you’ve been wanting to overcome in your body and do it. There’s no time like the present!
