Summer Travel Tip

Traveling this summer? Whether you’re going by plane, train, or car remember these helpful hints:

1) Stay calm and breathe
2) When you get a chance (at pit stops or in airports) stretch the body
3) If you’ll be sitting a long time, do pelvic tilts, moving the pelvis from front to back
4) Wear good walking shoes (your feet and back will thank you)
