Ginger seems to be popping up in the news more and more because it is so good for you. Here are just some of the wonderful things ginger may be able to help you with:

  • Reduce motion sickness. Recent research showed that ginger worked better than some over-the-counter drugs for motion sickness.
  • Cramp relief. New research by the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found ginger may be just as effective as ibuprofen.
  • Soaking in a tub with fresh ginger shavings may help reduce muscle ache.
