Challenge 25: DO IT

Is there something you’ve been wanting to do for a long time? It can be small–maybe you’ve always wanted to see the roses in Elizabeth Park. Or maybe your plans are a bit grander–perhaps you’ve always wanted to play in a band or act in a play.

This week your challenge is to do it, or at least make the plan to do it in the near future. You really do have nothing to lose.

Since I started training in Pilates it has been one of my goals to train under all the Elders (teachers who studied under Joe Pilates and are still teaching). So far I’ve trained under three of them, but a couple of weeks ago one of the Elders, Kathy Grant, passed away. I wish I’d gotten the opportunity to work with her and now I can’t.

So just get out there and do it!
