Challenge 22: Pamper Your Eyes

Lately my eyes have been feeling strained. While a recent trip to the eye doctor revealed I still have 20:15 vision (thank you Mom & Dad for my good genes), I still think my eyes may be telling me they need a break.

I know it’s not realistic to get off the computer, but this week try to watch a little less TV. Maybe instead of picking up that good book, you can lie down and rest with cucumbers or tea bags on your eyes. Our eyes work harder than we know–they work even when we don’t realize it.
