Challenge 21: Pamper Your Feet

Your feet can make you or break you, so this week give them a little love. Do at least one of these things every day:

  • Get a foot rub (even if you have to exchange one with a friend)
  • Before bed, lather your feet in Vaseline and sleep with socks on.
  • Soak your feet
  • Paint your toe nails
  • Do exercises for your feet.
