Consider Your Body

Stop and take stock in your body right now. Does any part of your body feel tight or stiff? Stretch that area for the next ten minutes. Or take a short ten minute walk. The body wants to be in motion so if you feel stiff in your own skin your body is asking to move. Move it now.
