Challenge 15: Drink More

Water that is! I know whether we need 64 ounces of water a day in controversial, and you can over-hydrate, but this time of year when the sun is getting higher in the sky, we need to remind ourselves to hydrate.

So this week try drinking 64-ounces of water a day. See if you feel better or worse.

Here’s a trick: Purchase a reusable water bottle that is 1 liter. Drink two per day.

    i was told that a good amount to drink is half your body weight in ounces. this allows your body to cleanse itself and also your body won’t retain the water weight, since it’s being flushed.
