Challenge 14: Be Positive

I’m not going to tell anyone that negative thoughts are bad. I think they are human. Still, it’s good to notice how often we have them and if we can change them. So this week’s challenge is to try and notice when you have a negative thought and, if you can, try and think about something positive instead.
