This weekend is the big game. Since I’m not a football fan, I look forward to the company and the food more than the game or the commercials. So, if you think you might eat a little more than you want on Sunday, here are some ways to work it off:

1) Take a walk on Saturday
2) On Monday walk on your lunch break
3) During halftime challenge your family and friends to watch the halftime show while doing exercises. Go online, find some exercises football players do and try them. Is there anyone at the party who can bench press you?
4) Challenge family and friends to do more push-ups than you or hold a longer plank than you or do more squats with a ball against a wall than you.
