Healthy Food: Whole Foods

Got no time to cook? Time (and the fact that my kitchen sink still leaks) has been my excuse as to why I haven’t been doing much cooking. But eating out can do a number on the healthy lifestyle you started January 1st.

If you have a Whole Foods near you, I recommend them. I’ve been getting pre-made meals from the deli or the ones they lay out daily. For $9.99 you can get a meal for two (or lunch and dinner). It will have a meat and two sides. The string beans with red peppers on them are out of this world. I’ve tried a few different meals and liked them all. They also have family-sized meals.

It’s quick; it’s easy; it’s healthier than fast food, and it’s cheaper than going out to a fancy restaurant.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
