Challenge Six: Healthy Snacks

Try not to have any snacks this week unless they are healthy. So try one week without ice cream or bon bons or potato chips. Instead try carrot/celery sticks, apples and a little all natural peanut butter (who needs the sugar added when apples are so sweet), or a few almonds. Yum!

    I love your blog and am a similar-minded clean eater and fitness person. Eating healthy snacks can do wonders for your diet, but don’t forget that healthy doesn’t have to mean boring or bad tasting food. Get creative…you are supposed to enjoy eating!
    Keep up the awesome work!!
