Challenge Two: Only Water

For one week try to drink only water–no soda, coffee, or juice. See if you feel any different or better by the end of the week.

It’s not that you need to go without these items forever, but they do contain a lot of calories, caffeine and sugar, so try to go with out and see if you really miss them.
