Exercise is a Bad Word

If you get turned off by the thought of exercising don’t jump into an exercise routine you’re going to hate. Instead, don’t exercise, just get moving. Start moving. A walk doesn’t have to be exercise. A stretch doesn’t have to be exercise.

Don’t exercise: MOVE.
