If it’s not done, it’s okay.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.

Thanks, but it’s not true. If I left everything that had not gotten done, it would be chaos. Instead, may I make a suggestion: Start early with a prioritzed list. Take a deep breath and tackle each “must get done” item in order. Sing carols, have fun doing it; it’s just once a year. Then the ideal might not be done, but you’ll feel a lot happier. Merry Christmas. I’m turning on the tree, the music, and the lights, and taking my deep breath now. 🙂
