This week investigate your cupboards and fridge–any bagged or boxed items. This includes, breads, ice creams, jams, crackers, cookies, pasta, sauces, jellos. Anything you might one day eat that you store in your house.
What are the first five ingredients?
If trans fat, sat fat, high fructose corn syrup, sugar or refined flour make the list, you might want to toss it and try another product. Our diets and processed foods are high in these items and the less we get the better. Decide if you’re really consuming them in moderation.
