Pilates While Traveling

One of my favorite aspects of Pilates is that to do it all you need is your body. That means wherever you go, you can take Pilates with you. You can do it in the airport, at a hotel, in a car. Wherever you are, Pilates can be too.

If you’re trapped on a long plane or car ride for work or fun, consider trying some of these simple exercises:

  • Pelvic Tilts
  • Pointing and Flexing the Feet
  • Circle the Ankles
  • Elevate and Depress the Shoulders
