Challenge # 12: Balance

This week try this exercise every day or every other day:

Stand on one bare foot for 45 seconds then repeat on the other leg.

Try to keep you torso long, your hips square, and your belly button pulled to your spine, of course.

Let us know if you get better throughout the day.
