Challenge # 10: Five Every Sixty

Get Moving. This week try to move for about five minutes every hour. Post a reminder on your calendar. It doesn’t have to be a big move. Get up and walk over to a colleague’s desk. Take a quick stroll outside to revitalize your spirits. Stand up and stretch. Do a couple jumping jacks or push up or squats.

Don’t replace your regular exercise routine with this, but just see how you feel after a little movement.
