Healthy Labor Day

Here are some good ways to stay healthy over the Labor Day weekend:

  • Bring healthy food like veggies to you picnic
  • Pick one dessert (not every dessert option)
  • Fit in some extra exercise with the added free time
  • Convince family and friends to take a stroll or play a game that gets you moving
  • Try to get a good night’s sleep to help keep you energized and rejuvenated
  • Make some time for yourself where you can relax
  • Do want you want to do with your day off, not what everyone else wants you to do
