Challenge # 5

Take a walk. Summer is unfortunately coming to an end, but you can enjoy it while it’s here. Every day try to get out and take a stroll around the neighborhood. It doesn’t have to be a fast-paced walk to get your heart up. Just enjoy breathing the fresh air.

My favorite place to walk is Old Wethersfield, Connecticut. The picture above is from the Wethersfield Cove.
