Time for You is Okay

“Were man to devote as much time and energy to himself as he has devoted to that which man has produced, what astounding and almost unbelievable progress would be made.”–Joseph Pilates

It’s important to remember when the world gets the best of us and life gets stressful that making time to take care of our own bodies and mental well being is important. Pilates clearly thought so. If you struggle to make time for yourself, remember that everything you produce or do for others will get done better if you feel better and are healthy. And if you don’t maintain your own health, eventually, you won’t be able to help others. So put yourself first and feel good about it. You should be your number one priority without feeling any guilt.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
