Wii Fit

I know I’m behind, but I finally tried it. Believe it or not my parents got the Wii fit. It’s a lot of fun and a sneaky way to get kids who like video games active. There is so much more for me to try, and for the most part I spent my time skiing, which is odd because I don’t like downhill skiing in real life.

What was also cool about it is that you can track your weight and BMI (although I don’t know how they calculate this) and chart your goals for fitness. It seems like it would be a fun way to stay in shape.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
