What you Really Want

What do you really want to be doing right now? If you’re already doing it that’s great, but if not, stop and go do what you really want. If you’re at work, as soon as you get home put everything on hold and take some time–20 minutes to two hours–to do what you’d really like to spend your time doing if you didn’t have a worry in the world.

Sometimes you need to just make time for yourself and your desires.
