Healthy Tip 15: Keep Learning

I would be a lifetime student if I could. I love learning. Last week I went to train under Lolita San Miguel (one of the six living Pilates Elders). She trained under Joseph and Clara Pilates and still teaches.

Not only does taking workshops with such inspiring professionals improve my knowledge base, and enable me to become a better teacher, but it also helps reinvigorate me.

Learning is a wonderful tool because it can be shared. Everything I learn effects my teaching in one way or another and therefore benefits all my clients. So the great thing about learning is that is spreads without us evening knowing it.

Keep learning and you’ll feel more passionate about life.

Lolita is a fascinating woman with wonderful stories about Joseph and Clara and the original exercises and teaching methods.
