Healthy Tip 13: Relax in Warmth

We all know that we are supposed to relax to reduce stress levels, but it can be hard to make time. Let this cold weather that is infiltrating the state help you out. Who wants to go outside in negative temperatures (unless you’re dog sledding, of course). So over the next few days when the weather outside really is frightful, stay in. Have a fire; sip a cup of hot tea; make a warm, hearty bowl of soup.

Do indoor activities that warm the soul and calm the spirit.
