Get Healthy Tip 12: Belly Button Reminder

I say it all the time, but it’s important to remember to pull your belly button to your spine and engage your kegel muscle throughout the day. You can contract any muscles and you will be working. The great thing about this work is that you can do it anytime, anywhere and no one needs to know.

Here are some reminders about where to pull your belly button to the spine:

  • In a meeting
  • At red lights
  • Waiting in line at the grocery store
  • At sporting events, plays, or concerts

Decide were your favorite place to engage your core is and try to engage it whenever you are there.
