2) This year find a class that interests you and a friend and sign up together. Having someone to workout with can make it more fun and a friend is also there to hold you accountable. When you don’t feel like going, knowing you’re supposed to meet someone there will help you get up and go.

Of course a Pilates class is always a good idea, but there are lots of fun classes out there. You can try kick boxing, belly dancing, zumba, jazzercise, yoga. The fitness world is your for the trying.
