This week, we’re taking a break from our standard format and providing a tip a day to help you get on track in 2009.
1) Create a Fitness Kit:
Get a small box and fill it with light hand weights, a yoga mat, a jump rope, and/or a flex band. Keep it at your home or office and use it at set times. Lift the hand weights every time you’re on the phone at the office or use the flex band every time a commercial comes on the television when you’re home.
Basically, the trick is to keep a couple fitness objects handy (like in the living room–not in a closet or the garage) so that you can fit exercise in at convenient intervals.
