Hey Baby It’s Cold Outside

The dropping temperature hasn’t hit rock bottom yet, but we’ve been getting some brisk, beautiful fall days. This weekend try to step outside and do some Pilates breathing, taking in the cool, clean air.

Especially if you have a job where you don’t get outside much, find some time to enjoy the fall weather over the weekend. The crisp air is rather fleeting. Take a hike or a walk or just stand in your backyard and breath! In through the nose, out through the mouth. Let the air fill your lungs. Feel that fresh oxygen revitalizing all your muscles!

Your lungs and your spirit just might thank you for it.
