Okay, it’s Friday. One more day of the workweek. Try your best to find a time to exercise today, especially if you like to take the weekend off from fitness. It’s just one more day. Try these suggestions to get you motivated:

  • Look through all our old blogs and try every exercise of the week. You’ll probably come up with a 30-minute workout.
  • Take a walk. These crisp fall days won’t last long.
  • Give yourself a fitness challenge. Think of an exercise you struggle with (push-ups, plank, the full roll up) and practice it for as long as you can.
  • Rent an exercise video from the library. It’s free and will be something different.

Whatever you choose to do, as always, try to make it fun. Remember we want the mind to start to enjoy exercise so that fitness isn’t a chore, but a desire.
